Is the shopping fee included in the plan price?
Yes. For subscription plans, the shopping fee (5,000 RWF/order) is included in the plan cost. Delivery fees are separate.
What if an item is out of stock?
Your shopper will contact you via WhatsApp to suggest a replacement or skip the item. You only pay for what is purchased.
When do I pay?
For one-time orders, you pay after confirming the price via Mobile Money or card. Subscription plans are charged monthly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify before the shopper starts shopping. Once shopping begins, cancellation may incur a partial fee.
Are there discounts for business accounts?
Yes. VIP plan users can request custom business pricing. Contact us for details.
